"I like being a district leader.  It gives me the opportunity to gain new insights as I study for the meetings. We have district meetings every week in which I give trainings on the training they are going to implement in the MTC in May of this year.  (President will have assigned topics after that point).  The meetings consist of a hymn, prayer, recitation of D&C 4 and our purpose then I teach until we hit the half hour mark, then we practice teach for about a half hour, then pray and go home for lunch and weekly planning."
