From the moment she came bounding into this world at birth until now Chloe has been a dynamic force for good and righteousness. She is a natural leader and has always waxed confident in doing what is right and good. We have always appreciated her determination to do her best. She is a hard worker. She is a good friend to others. We have admired her self-direction and completion of her goals. We have always admired her desire to be a good student and do the best she can. We have seen her ability to create balance in her life and maintain a healthy vision of how planning, preparing and living in the present can yield dividends in the future.
