David had a Medical conference in San Francisco and I tagged along.
Our hotel was near China Town and Little Italy so we had a great time enjoying different cultures.

We visited Coit Tower, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and took a trolley ride.
David's brother lives in the Bay Area and was kind enough to brave traffic
in order to pick us up so we could spend an evening with his cute family.
The week before out trip to San Francisco, we took Sadie and Emily to St. George for a fall get-away. We love St. George and were able to spend some time with another one of David's brothers and his family.
